Tiger Woods’ shocking DUI arrest on Friday last week has left his family worried. Now, a source says the golf legend’s ex-wife, Elin Nordegren, is “concerned” about his well-being.
Last week, Tiger Woods returned to competitive golf for the first time since June 2024, playing in the TGL finals. Just days later, on Friday, the 50-year-old golf legend was arrested after being involved in a car crash.
At approximately 2 p.m. local time, Tiger Woods was involved in a rollover crash in Jupiter Island, Florida, after his vehicle collided with a trailer. Reports from TMZ indicated that he appeared to be “OK” following the incident.
Police later confirmed that the 50-year-old tested negative on a breathalyzer. However, officers noted signs of possible impairment.
Woods was subsequently arrested after refusing to take a urinalysis test, resulting in charges of DUI with property damage and refusal to comply with a lawful test. He was released later that same day.
Tiger Woods was set to play in the iconic Masters golf tournament this upcoming weekend. However, whether he will be on the first tee once it begins is not known.
