Texas A&M student Brianna Aguilera was pronounced dead after being found outside a West Campus apartment following a college football game. The incident has been announced as not being investigated as a homicide, but everyone doesn’t agree that it is an accident. Aguilera’s mother suspects foul play.
On November 29, following the Texas-Texas A&M football game against the University of Texas, police responded to a report of an unresponsive individual at an apartment complex in Austin, Texas—student Briuanna Aguilera, a Laredo, Texas native, was pronounced dead at the scene.
“At this time, the incident is not being investigated as a homicide, and there are no indications of suspicious circumstances,” police said in a statement.
Aguilera’s cause of death has not yet been released, police said. Still, the investigation is ongoing.
In an obituary, Brianna was described as “a daughter like no other, a bright star that illuminated their lives and the lives of everyone around her.”
Aguilera had graduated from United High School’s Class of 2024 and received the distinguished honor of Magna Cum Laude. She decided to continue her studies at Texas A&M.
